Media Agent is a software-assisted, data-driven agency experience. You still get access to the same expertise, but the way we work together saves you time and money versus the traditional labor-only model.

You’ll have a dedicated Customer Success lead on your business whenever something comes up where you need to make a change or get a question answered. We will also hold monthly status calls with your team to dive deeper into your media performance.

Your plans and buys are completely customized for your business, your target audience, your channels and your geography.

You’ll start the process by filling out a questionnaire that tells us more about your business. From there, we’ll schedule a call to connect with you to discuss your needs live as we build your plan recommendations.

Yes, we recommend a media mix using years of performance data, but ultimately, we are your agent, acting on your behalf to execute what you want to execute.

No, you simply upload your creative into the Media Agent platform and we take it from there.

Creative specs are custom to your plans and buys. We’ll share the creative specs as part of our execution kick-off call, so you know exactly what you need to build for creative assets.

Our reporting dashboard provides daily access to your digital metrics. On a monthly basis, as a part of our status calls, we’ll also review your traditional media metrics.

Our reporting dashboard allows you to filter and select the data you need to see, when you need to see it. You can also download the data or the charts for quick share-outs with your internal team.

Hopefully, you’ll find it simple to choose. The Essential plan is media planning, buying, reporting, and optimization. The Premium plan is all of that PLUS a marketing mix model.

Two years of weekly marketing data and business performance data (like sales , traffic, leads, etc.). We’ll provide a template for you to fill out, which kicks off the modelling process.

If you sign up for Essential and decide that you want  to add on a marketing mix model, no problem. You can’t move from Premium to Essential within a contract term (usually 6-12 months) because the work is already done once we build the marketing mix model.

When you submit creative assets on time and accurately, we reward you for it! It starts as gift cards, but could grow into reduced fees in future contract terms.

While unlikely you will want to do so, we do allow you to cancel with 90-day written notice.

Great! We’ll need you to contact us. The platform is customized to your business, including your proprietary marketing information. To Protect that, we give you a unique login in a secure environment. Getting it set up is easy to do, but we do need you to contact us.
